26th PROCESS-SPACE ART FESTIVAL / OPEN CALL
Deadline for application submissions is 15 January 2017.
The festival undertakes accommodation for the participating artists in a shared double hotel room in the period of the festival, as well as dinners, art materials, and a space for work and exposition.
The festival provides selected artists with official letter of invitation
Everyone is free to bring their own tools or materials if they like.
Artworks remain to the collection of the festival
Travel costs are paid by the artists
Travel details should be sent before April 3rd 2017 including – dates and time of arrival and departure.
A list of art materials should be sent together with the travel details. If an artist doesn’t confirm by April 3rd and sent travel details, he or she will automatically be replaced with another artist from the waiting list. No exceptions!
Only selected artists from the waiting list will be contacted by email after April 3rd. They should confirm their participation not later than April 10th 2017.
Artists are sharing a room with another artist. A private room should be paid by the artist and stated in advance
If spouse or children are coming, the selected artist should cover their hotel expenses.

Russe is located on Danube River and it is about 300 km far from Sofia, 75 km far from Bucharest, Romania and about 190 km far from Varna
Suitable airports are in Sofia, Varna and Bucharest (Romania), also Istanbul (Turkey)
Subway goes from Terminal 2 in Sofia to Central Bus Station. Busses Sofia – Russe are departing a few times a day. Duration of the trip is about 6 hours. There is train Sofia – Russe, departing from Central Railway Station in Sofia, located next to the Central Bus Station.
From Bucharest Airport Otopeni are leaving mini busses directly to Russe by the company Pegasus. The travel is about one hour. Online reservations are possible here: http://www.pegasusbg.com/en/schedule
From Varna there is a train to Russe, as well as busses. It takes about 3 hours
